Requirements for the candidate:

• Knowledge of fixed and wireless network topology
• Experience with Ubiquiti, Mikrotik equipment is welcome
• Understanding UniFi portal architecture would be a big advantage
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, knowledge of office software, understanding of RDP device operation
• Understanding video surveillance principles in general (HikVision)
• Experience with HikConnect management is desirable
• Experience with IP telephony.

Main duties:

• Finding problem areas (diagnostics) in a fixed and wireless network, solving them.
• Working with network equipment (from simple switches to Wi-Fi controllers), managing access points Wi-Fi
• Installation works (laying communications), work with tools
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of computer equipment.
• Support of local users, provision of remote access.
• Managing video recorders and cameras.
• Working with access control systems.
• Working with fiscal recorders
• Hardware and software configuration of switching .
• Conversion of image/audio/video formats, setting of content output to a centralized media stream (Magic Info)
• Management of conference equipment (projectors, radio microphones, mixing consoles, etc.), communication with the customer regarding technical organization.
• Be ready for business trips around Ukraine.
