You’ll help manage our office activities and maintains the smooth operation of IT systems.Office format of work for talents from KyivResponsibilities:Resolving technical problems with desktops, laptops and other devices. This can involve diagnosing hardware failures, software glitches, or network connectivity issuesAssisting end-users with software applications, email setup, account management, and other IT-related tasksHelp with network-related issuesImplement automation tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiency in system administration processesEnsure all IT systems comply with security policiesStaying updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in system administrationAnalyze office needs and blockers and help to solve them.
