Requirements: Understanding of the principles of operation and experience in supporting personal computers, servers and printed hardware; Understanding of TCP/IP networks, experience in supporting Aruba, Fortinet, CISCO and Ubiquti network equipment, routers, Fortigate/Pfsense firewall, VPN, wireless technologies; Work experience with M365 and Active Directory, SMB and similar software, experience in using and supporting Postfix/Sendmail, Apache, MySQL; Understanding of Windows-based systems, experience in supporting and configuring Windows OS and Windows Server operating systems and Linux-based servers; Understanding of hotel applications, experience in supporting Opera PMS and Micros POS- systems, including POS hotel equipment, fiscal equipment and software, interfaces to related systems; MS SQL Server and Oracle SQL support experience; Understanding of telephone systems, experience supporting Avaya or similar vendor systems; High responsibility and reliability with exceptional attention to detail; Ability to work collaboratively as part teams; Ability to focus on customer needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times. Responsibilities: Support hotel operations; Support independent hotel systems, point of sale systems, servers and computers; Work and consult with hardware and software manufacturers to install and maintain all necessary equipment.
