We are looking for anIT Support Specialist (Helpdesk) to work in our Kyiv office.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Provide professional and efficient support for end users by following existing procedures and knowledge base guides
• Perform hardware and software installations by following existing procedures and knowledge base guides
• Troubleshooting and replacement of IT accessories
• Hardware purchase & hardware replacement
• IT Assets Management and inventory
• li>
• Manage Local Area Network in physical layer
• Create and update articles in SKMS

Required Education and Experience:

• Relevant education
• Familiar with Windows operating system
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Intermediate level of English
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Self-organized and service-minded, like to engage with other people
• Organized, with structured ways of working and treating problems solving as a fun challenge
