You will oversee the daily operations and administration ofour company’s technological infrastructure. Responsibilities:Lead and manage the daily operations ofIT support within the company.Develop, evaluate, and modify information systems policies and procedures.Manage theIT team byrecruiting, training, and assigning team members tovarious process parts.Analyze ITbudget and maintain cost-effectiveness.Monitor theIT system’s daily performance, including computers, programs, and networks.Oversee and manage the installation ofnew upgrades for hardware and software.Direct the effective delivery ofnetworks, development, and disaster recovery computer systems and processes.Plan and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate project management tools.Develop and oversee the company’s technology roadmap for all technical infrastructure.Ensure that security systems, controls, and procedures are operating effectively tomanage vulnerabilities and provide continuous protection from external and internal parties.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, orarelated field.Atleast 4years ofproven experience inIT management orarelated leadership role.Strong technical knowledge ofIT systems, networks, infrastructure, and security.Knowledge ofcorporate cloud networks and security inAWS, Azure (Azure Active Directory, VM), Intune device management, Google Workspace, ITIL, and ITSM and DevOps environments.Experience analyzing, implementing, and evaluatingIT systems and their specifications.Experience controlling information technology budgets.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Experience leading ateam, including managing functional and technical resources globally.Business acumen: understanding the organization’s industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.Ahigh level ofpersonal integrity and the ability todeal professionally with confidential matters and demonstrate anappropriate level ofjudgment and maturity inmaking informed risk decisions.Upper-Intermediate + inEnglish.
