• Experience in working in a similar position - IT Helpdesk ( 1st/2nd line of IT support),
• Knowledge of analyzing and solving problems of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Apple macOS X operating systems and the basics of using the MS365 platform,
• Good technical knowledge of computer construction (simple repairs / replacements / expansions) and manual skills
• Knowledge of network issues and the TCP/IP protocol,
• Very good organizational skills, accuracy, punctuality and responsibility for work performed and its effects,
• Ability to work in a team and under time pressure
• Knowledge of English,
• Category B driving license,
