As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal users, ensuring that all IT systems and equipment are running smoothly. You will help troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, as well as assist with system upgrades and network maintenance

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal users, ensuring that all IT systems and equipment are running smoothly. You will help troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, as well as assist with system upgrades and network maintenance.
