KRKA UKRAINE announces the opening of the "IT Support Service Specialist" position. AT KRKA UKRAINE YOU WILL GET: A job in an international European company. WHAT WILL BE DONE? Support for users, corporate equipment and IT systems; and software updates and ending with documentary confirmation of transfer to the user, in accordance with company rules; Processing and creating applications in the ServiceDesk system; Support for users of the CRM system and related processes related to the functioning of the IT CRM system; related to the functioning of the corporate IT training system, support of corporate information portals and systems. Keeping a log of IT applications and incidents, IT database, updating information databases of fixed assets and their movements between employees, various tables of control procedures in the IT department; IT support for users who work remotely and use corporate iOS devices; Control of the implementation of procedures and IT policies for the use of corporate devices based on iOS; Support for users in the direction of using mobile devices and corporate mobile communication; Preparation of information messages and instructions for users in the direction of IT. OUR TEAM NEEDS A COLLEAGUE WITH: Higher technical education, preferably in the field of information technologies; Experienced user of office software and systems ( MS Windows; MS Office); Experience in supporting iOS users (iPad tablets) and applications will be a plus; Experience in administration of office software and IT systems (MS Windows; MS Office, Citrix, ServiceDesk); Understanding of the basics of network technologies in IT, principles of construction and operation networks and Active directory, GPO, Windows Server; It is desirable to have experience working with CRM systems; Fluency in the Ukrainian language; English pre-intermediate; Ability to learn quickly, initiative and communication skills.
