2. Knowledge of ServiceDesk software, inventory and accounting of IT assets
3. li>Knowledge of the regulatory framework of the National Bank of Ukraine regarding active operations;
4. Skills in using the ABS B2 software complex;

Key tasks:

1. Processing applications from Service Desk users;
2. Preparation and configuration of new workplaces (Installing images, installing software, updates, connecting and configuring peripherals devices, connection to network equipment) with subsequent support (including in regions);
3. Diagnostics and troubleshooting of software and hardware support for users;
4. Inventory and accounting of IT assets;
5. Primary support of ABS B-2 (closing of the bank's operating day, changing schedule, issuing accesses);
6. Participation in the development of internal regulatory documentation of the Office;
7. User support IT systems (1st and 2nd line of support)
