IN KRKA UKRAINE:

- Supporting users of corporate equipment and IT systems;
- Working with corporate capital means, a full cycle of functional tasks starting from software configuration and updating and ending with documentary confirmation of transfer to the user, in accordance with company rules;
- Processing and creation of requests in the ServiceDesk system;
- Maintenance log of IT requests and incidents, IT database, updating information databases of fixed assets and their transfers between employees, various tables of control procedures in the IT department;
- IT support for users who work remotely and use corporate iOS devices;

- Control of the implementation of procedures and IT policies for the use of iOS-based corporate devices;
- Supporting users in the direction of using mobile devices and corporate mobile communications;
- Preparation of information messages and instructions for users in the field of IT.
OUR TEAM NEEDS A COLLEAGUE WHO HAS:
- Higher technical education, preferably in the field of information technology;
- Experienced user of office software and systems (MS Windows; MS Office);
- Experience supporting iOS users (iPad tablets) and applications will be a plus;
- Experience in administration of office software and IT systems (MS Windows; MS Office, Citrix, ServiceDesk);
- Understanding the basics of network technologies in IT, the principles of building and operating networks and Active directory, GPO, Windows Server ;
- Experience with CRM systems is desirable;
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language;
- English pre-intermediate;
- Ability to learn quickly, proactive and communicative.
