Requirements:

• higher education;
• work experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• confident user of Microsoft Office 365 tools (MS Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive)
• perfect knowledge of operating systems Windows 10/11, MS Office 2016,2019, O365;
• understanding operation of terminal servers, print servers, file servers and experience of working with them;
• experience of working with network BFPs;
• experience of working with IP telephony.

• providing IT support to company employees;
• processing requests from users in the Service Desk system;
• configuration and preparation of PC and components;
• quick and high-quality solution of technical problems.
