As our IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our laptop inventory, configuring endpoints, addressing user help requests, handling tickets, and ensuring the smooth operation of key tools such as Onelogin, Gsuite, Intune, Kandjii, and networks.

HOW YOU’LL RAMP:
By Day 30...
- You will learn about the Sisense product.
- You will have built relationships with people in the team and other departments such as HR and R&D with whom you will have constant contact.
- You will have a strong understanding of the business needs and you’ll create a plan for your day-to-day work.
Day 60...
- You will have a full understanding of the role and the responsibilities it holds.
- You will learn the variety of services provided to people across the company.
- You will start work with the global IT department on different projects.
Day 90...
- You will be able to work independently on your day-to-day responsibilities.
- You will take an active part in the department’s ongoing projects.
- You will work with people across the company and provide full support on a variety of subjects.
WHAT YOU’VE ACCOMPLISHED… SO FAR:
- Proven experience in end-user computing, laptop management, and endpoint configurations.
- You have vast experience with ticketing systems and understand the importance of ticket creation and timely resolution.
- You are comfortable as a Windows Administrator - Familiar with Windows Server and Client, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, Group Policy, domain vs workgroup environments and network administration/troubleshooting.
- You have experience with Mac hardware and software, Kandji, OSX and mobile platforms iOS and Android
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Proficient in using Onelogn, Google, and IDP-related services.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Not mandatory).
- Proficient in using Intune and Kandjii for device management.
- Familiarity with network protocols, security, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
