At the moment, we are looking for a  IT Support Specialist to join our internal Team at Elitmind. In this role you will take part in innovative projects to implement solutions for our customers using the latest Data&AI technology. We offer tailor-made solutions which enable our customers to thrive in their business area, by unleashing the full potential of data and business processes automation.

We are seeking an exceptional candidate with a minimum 2 years experience in the area of IT support. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with a proven track record of working with Intune and Entra ID services, knowledge of computer hardware design and basic configuration elements and network related concepts. 

It is essential to us for the candidate to work in hybrid system - our main office is located in Warsaw . :) 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support or similar position
• Practical knowledge of Intune and Entra ID services
• Knowledge of computer hardware design and basic configuration elements
• Knowledge of issues related to the configuration and maintenance of LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks
• Good knowledge of configuration of Microsoft Windows system
• Must be able to communicate clearly at a technical and end-user level
• Goal- and team-oriented approach is essential to us
• Can-do and problem-solving attitude
• Effective communication skills
• English proficiency at a minimum of level B2

Nice to have: 

• Microsoft Power BI
• IT certifications, especially related toAzure (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals).
