- Providing technical support to users.
- Installing, configuring and updating software.
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of workstations, servers and peripheral equipment.
- Maintenance and support documentation.
- Cooperation with other departments to solve complex technical problems.
Requirements:
- Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems.
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS operating systems and basic office programs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level will be an advantage.
