IT support specialist in Romanenko D.V., FOP

We are looking for an IT support specialist to provide technical support to our employees and customers. If you have an analytical mindset and the ability to solve technical problems quickly, we would love to have you on our team.

Willing to consider candidates without experience, paid training is provided. Not remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to users.
• Installing, configuring and updating software.
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of workstations, servers and peripheral equipment.
• Maintenance and support documentation.
• Cooperation with other departments to solve complex technical problems.

Requirements:

• Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems.
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS operating systems and basic office programs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level will be an advantage.
