Join our team!Goodwelly Ukraine, a well-known food manufacturer from Kalush, is looking for an IT Support Worker to join our dynamic IT team in Ivano-Frankivsk.??Key Responsibilities:The IT Support Agent is the first point of contact for our employees seeking technical assistance by phone or email.Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and appropriate questions.Determine the best solution based on the problem and details provided by customers.Install and configure hardware and software components.Provide IT support.Training end users of hardware and software functionality. Timely resolution of reported errors.??Requirements: Experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues. Good command of English. Knowledge of Polish is a strong advantage.
