We have a great professional team, and we are pleased to invite a specialist with solid experience and a friendly personality.Location: Warsaw (only from office).REQUIREMENTSAt least 2 years of experience in a similar positionStrong knowledge of Windows 10 (7, 8.1 will be a plus)Basic knowledge of macOS and UbuntuExperience in Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016 and Linux (CentOS/RedHat, Debian) administration will be a plusKnowledge of computer components, peripherals, network equipmentKnowledge of principles and methods of networkingІntermediate level of EnglishRESPONSIBILITIESPrepare workplaces for new users (standard PC, laptop)Choose workstation configurations, buy workstations and peripheral devicesPerform installation and configuration proceduresProvide user support (daily issues)Handle warranty repairUpgrade hardware and softwareReplace and maintain cartridges and laptop batteries, maintain office hardwareInstall and configure network equipment, commission new facilitiesRegister equipment (hardware, software)Work with documentation (warranty, accounting)Prepare manuals for setting up and using the softwareParticipate in system recovery after crashes and malfunction of hardwareParticipate in the development of proposals regarding modernization and purchase of hardwarePerform other activities for the maintenance and development of infrastructure
