About you:
- Have 1+ years of experience in technical support or you have a good understanding of IT infrastructure.
- You know the principles of corporate systems and services: Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, GitHub.
- You know how to work with corporate VPN (Pritunl) and basic network settings.
- You understand the principles of Windows and macOS at the level of user support.
- You know how to quickly find solutions, communicate with users and are service-oriented.
- Ready to learn and develop into an L2 engineer role.
Experience with service desk systems (Jira, Freshdesk, etc.) will be a plus;Understanding ISO/IEC 27001 processes or participating in similar projects.Basic responsibilities:
- User support (L1):
- Reception, analysis and processing of requests through the service desk.
- Provision of operational assistance to employees regarding:
- access to services (Google Workspace / Okta / GitHub and others),
- working of corporate VPNs,
- workstations (Windows/Mac),
- basic network issues,
- corporate security policies.
Incidents and applications:
- Classification and escalation of complex requests to the 2nd line.
- Maintaining clear communication with customers
Administration and routine tasks:
- Creating/deactivating users in corporate systems.
- Granting access according to the roles and internal policies.
- Update of instructions and knowledge base.
- Control over the implementation of standard procedures (onboarding/offboarding).
