IT Support Engineer in Fozzy group

• Filing incidents and errors in the warehouse system
• Troubleshooting and support of radio terminals, scanners and other equipment
• User support: help with PC, workplace and internal software
• Control and handling of discrepancies
• Processing routes, orders and other documentation
• Transport load support
• Adjustment of lots and operations related to warehouse processes
• Participation in general technical support of logistics systems

Requirements for the candidate:

• From 1 year of experience as a technical support engineer or system administrator
• Experience in IT, logistics or sales will be an advantage
• Willingness to learn and develop in a technical direction
• Proficient in PC and office applications
• Experience local and remote administration
• OS and software installation skills
• Basic knowledge of Windows administration and understanding of network principles
• Education in the IT field - desirable, but not required
