IT Support Engineer in Fozzy group

Now we are looking for IT Support Engineer to our team in Dnipro.

Necessary skills:

• Work experience from 1st year in a similar position
• Sound knowledge of Windows OS and basic software
• Ability to install and configure hardware drivers
• Ability to install/reinstall OS and software
• Knowledge and ability to use basic Windows commands
• Knowledge of PC hardware
• Knowledge of PC hardware malfunction diagnosis and modular repair
• Basic knowledge network protocols DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, ICMP
• Basic LAN switching skills
• Experience in setting up network equipment

• Installation and modernization of cash registers and their support
• Initial configuration of network equipment
• Configuration of scales and their support
• Installation of PC workstations and their support
• Control of contractors
• Configuration of TZ li>
• SCM support
• Regulatory work
