Our wishes to candidates:

  • Education - higher (information technologies, computer systems);
  • Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
  • Knowledge of the basics of the Service Desk service;
  • Basic principles of IT infrastructure functioning and its components;
  • Basic principles of operation and setting parameters of network equipment used in the corporate network;
  • Technical and operational characteristics, principles of configuration and technical operation of user equipment, including but not limited to standard PCs, laptops, printing equipment;
  • PC proficiency only at the level of an experienced user.< /li>

Primary tasks of the role: 

  • Level 1 support for end-user applications and computing.
  • Support the support manager in providing user support in accordance with the service level agreement agreed with IT customers;
  • Monitors the quality of end-user services (Applications Service Desk, Desktop Computing);
  • Reviews major issues to help resolve incidents and act as a liaison between support 2-(EUC & Network Lead, Security Lead, Compute Lead, and SolutionProject Leaders) and support team.
