Duties: Helping customers from German-speaking countries according to the schedule 5/2 (Mon-Fri) from 10:00 to 19:00. No cold calling! Work schedule 5/2 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (no delays at work). Provide assistance by answering phone calls, communicating with colleagues and email. Collaborate with other team players to achieve goals. Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction clients.
