IT specialist/System Administrator in Dreamers

What are the duties?

Technical Support and consulting:

• Providing technical support to the team
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of office equipment
• Supporting remote employees

Network administration and servers:

• Maintenance of networks based on Mikrotik and Unifi
• Configuration and support of servers based on Linux and Windows
• Server virtualization (Proxmox)
• Server monitoring and support, backup (Veeam, Proxmox Backup Server)
• Administration of web servers (Nginx, Apache, IIS)

Security and access control systems:

• Administration of video surveillance systems (Hikvision)
• Work with electronic locks

Support of payment and business systems:

• Monitoring and support of payment systems
• Administration of accounting programs (Medoc, BAS/1C)
• Corporate Google Workspace support

Working with POS systems and restaurant services:

• POS equipment support (terminals, printers, PRRO).
• Maintenance of the Syrve system (settings, user support, communication with support).
• Control and support of the order site.

Other systems and services:

• Working with PMS (configuration and support)
• Binotel telephony support
• Smart home system control and configuration
• Network monitoring, map updates, Internet connection settings

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have 2 years of experience as a system administrator
• You have practical experience with Mikrotik, Unifi and Proxmox virtualization
• You know how to administer servers based on Linux and Windows
• Worked with backup systems (Veeam, Proxmox Backup Server)
• You are well oriented in the HoReCa ecosystem (POS, Syrve) and accounting programs (Medoc, BAS/1C)
• Able to independently find and implement new IT solutions
• You are communicative and oriented towards quality user support.
