IT specialist of computer systems in PrimoCollect

Primocollect Group is an international financial company with almost 20 years of successful experience in Ukraine. We are growing and expanding our IT team - that's why we invite a technical support specialist to the team, who will help us maintain the stable operation of the entire infrastructure.

 Your main tasks:

• Technical support of call center employees and head office.
• Installation, configuration and restoration of operating systems (Windows, *nix).
• Connection and maintenance of office equipment: printers, telephones, Wi-Fi, etc.
• Installation of software and drivers for various OS.
• Monitoring and support of call center operations (including providers and servers).
• Configuration of parameters contact center management systems.
• Preparation of technical reporting.

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• Proficiency in Windows and Linux, knowledge of MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of Asterisk, SIP will be an advantage.
• Ability to diagnose and promptly eliminate technical malfunctions.
• Knowledge of PC and office equipment at a practical level.
