IT Specialist in Stafferty

Our client - a world-renowned company for the production of non-alcoholic beverages, is looking for an IT Specialist for its team. Requirements: Higher education in the field of information technologies; 1 year of experience as a system administrator; Experience of working with contractors, drawing up technical tasks, requests for service proposals; Knowledge: LAN / WAN, telecommunications Windows XP, 7, 8.1, MS Outlook, MS Office 2010, 2013; Windows Server 2008, 2012. ITIL; Knowledge of the English language not lower than Upper-intermediate level. Main responsibilities: Providing second line technical support for internal users (Clients). Solving typical situations/incidents related to software and PC hardware; Working with incoming user requests (calls, letters, direct appeals). Submitting requests for input to the IT system, assigning a status request, for further resolution of the incident; Support for uninterrupted functioning of existing IT infrastructure systems, implementation of regular planning, operational, and preventive measures; Adherence to the procedure for ensuring IT security in accordance with the Company's recommendations and recommendations of internal and external audits; Training users in collaborative work tools; Active participation in the management of equipment/software stocks, control of technological aging, holding tenders.
