International company "AKO Industries" is announcing an opening of Information Technology Specialist in KulykivMain Responsibilities:Daily support of users based on tickets;Implementing, supporting and providing system administration of computer networks, Domain systems, servers;Comply with company data backup, disaster recovery, software licensing, security and authorization policies;Digitalization - creating a digital transformation plan;IT partners - both HW and service partners (local provider);Basic application support;First level support;IT KPI's;Compliance and acceptance of IT Global rules.Main Requirements:University Degree;2+ years of experience in IT sphere;Knowledge of operating systems and HW - pc,mt;Printing solutions;Fundamentals of MS server OS (windows server);Basic knowledge and overview of networks;Orientation in AD - user management, policies;ERP basics;Intermediate+ English;Empathy and communicative;Customer approach;Willingness to learn;Office computers’ technical support skills: assembly, adjustment, testing of computer equipment, information backup and restore, equipment replacement lifecycle, equipment renovation and modernization;Ability to analyze and model information systems;Good analytical and well developed communication skills;Knowledge of corporate environment.
