IT Specialist in ARZINGER

We invite you to join the Arzinger team for the position of ITSpecialist. What you will do: perform technical support for users, at the workplace in the office and remote; administration of employee accounts, PCs and office equipment; configuration and commissioning of new equipment; monitoring of the condition and prevention of computer techniques; participation in projects aimed at the development and improvement of the technical component of the company. What is required: full or partial higher education in the field of IT and related fields; work experience in the field of three years or more; confident command of Microsoft Windows 10 and above, MacOS, Microsoft Office 365; understanding of the basics network data transfer protocols, server infrastructure based on Windows Server/Linux and the principles of operation of infrastructure services and services; knowledge of the principles and requirements for working in the Service Desk and features of equipment administration (PC, laptop, Wi-Fi, Ethernet); basic knowledge of network security ; discipline, responsibility, ability to work in a team; English language - Pre-Intermediate and above.
