WE ARE INVITE TO OUR IT TEAM -SPECIALIST

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education (information technology, computer science, applied mathematics or related specialties);
• work experience in the IT field for at least 1 year;
• practical skills in Windows 10-11 OS administration;
• experience working with Microsoft Active Directory (user management);
• knowledge of building principles and PC maintenance, ability to diagnose and troubleshoot;
• confident user of office software: MS Office, Libre Office, MS Outlook;
• experience in setting up computer equipment and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.);
• basic knowledge of network technologies: IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, connection testing;
• experience in working with Service systems Desk;
• understanding of information security principles: antivirus systems, backup, access policies;
• ability to work in a team;
• responsibility.

KEY DUTIES:

• Support of users in the field of IT (technical support, consultations);
• diagnosis and resolution of technical problems, forwarding of complex requests;
• installation, configuration and updating of software and equipment;
• preparation and configuration of workplaces for new employees;
• support of stable operation of the IT infrastructure office;
• ensuring compliance with internal IT standards and security policies.
