Main duties

2.1. Setting up, installing and updating computers, headsets, peripherals.
2.2. Diagnostics and troubleshooting.
 2.3. Equipment performance control.
2.4. Support for stable operation of the local network and Wi-Fi.
2.5. Setting up routers, switches, VPN. 2.6. Internet Channel Monitoring and Interruption Prevention.
2.7. Administration of SIP/VoIP telephony, IP PBX. 2.8. Settings of numbers, routes, call rules.
2.9. Solving call problems (quality, dropouts, delays).
 2.10. Control of access to systems (logins, passwords, access rights). 2.11. Antivirus protection, backup.
 2.12. Protection of corporate data.
 2.13. Assistance to employees in technical matters.
2.14. Training in basic skills of working with CRM and technology.
2.15. Installation and update of OS and operating software. 2.16. CRM support together with the CRM manager.
 2.17. Monitoring of servers and cloud services. 2.18. Personal participation and control of transportation of any office equipment and equipment in the office. 2.19. Temporary storage, accounting and storage of equipment in the warehouse. 2.20. Organization of equipment connection at new locations. 2.21. If necessary, ongoing repair of equipment and office equipment, help with office equipment for employees who need it. 2.22. Help in organizing the workspace for new employees.
2.23. System Administrator Hours and Responsibilities:

The System Administrator's schedule is 5/2, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
 
 After hours delays are possible if necessary, as it is important that the System Administrator remains on site until the last customer is finished.
