WE ARE INVITE TO OUR TEAM IT -SPECIALIST

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education (information technology, computer science, applied mathematics or related specialties);
• work experience in the IT field at least 1 year;
• practical skills Windows 10-11 OS administration;
• experience with Microsoft Active Directory (user management);
• knowledge of the principles of PC construction and maintenance, ability to diagnose and troubleshoot;
• confident user of office software: MS Office, Libre Office, MS Outlook;
• experience in configuring computer equipment and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.);
• basic knowledge of network technologies: IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, connection testing;
• experience in working with Service Desk systems;
• understanding of information security principles: antivirus systems, backup copy, access policies;
• ability to work in a team, communication, responsibility, stress resistance.

BASIC DUTIES:

• Supporting users in the IT direction (technical support, consultations);
• diagnosing and solving technical problems, forwarding complex requests;
• installation, setting up and updating software and equipment;
• preparing and setting up workplaces for new employees;
• supporting the stable operation of the IT infrastructure of the office;
• ensuring compliance with internal IT standards and security policies.
