What you will do:

• Resolve inquiries related to the operation of desktop computers. Achieve targets for the number of appeals and their resolution.

• Check whether all IS standards and policies are under control and comply with corporate policies

• Systems administration - cloud services, Entra (Azur), Teams channels, personal computers, laptops, printers

• IT infrastructure. Network monitoring to ensure acceptable system speed.

• Support of IT directions from corporate, regional and local management. Implementation of projects and meeting deadlines.

• Preparation and maintenance of all IT documents in an up-to-date state as required by the audit.
