Requirements:

• higher education (technical);
• work experience from 3 years;
• English B1 and above;
• passing specialized IT trainings will be an advantage; 
• ability to work in different projects with different deadlines and priorities;
• responsibility, ability to work independently and in a team, focus on the final result;
• good communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts;
• willingness to learn new things and develop in the field of IT.

Professional Skills:

Network:Understanding corporate networks including VPNs, firewalls, traffic routing.

Server: Experience and Administration: Active Directory, Exchange Server, SQL Server, Windows Server, Veeam Server Backup, etc. Desktop OS: Windows 10/11

Virtualization:Proxmox, VMware

Office 365:Office365 cloud services, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.

Accounting programs:BAS, Medok (creating users, database backup, registration); SAP

Reports: Qlik Cloud, Qlik Sense

Video Equipment:Dahua, Hikvision

Mobile devices:Android, iOS

Peripheral equipment (printers, MFPs):Kyocera

Functional responsibilities:

• work with suppliers (bills; negotiations ; contractual processes, etc.);
• support/correction/creation of scripts on VB scripts/SAP, Power Automate automations, new Power Apps applications;
• providing technical support to users (remotely and in the office);
• constant checking of IT reports and support of IT KPI at the appropriate level;
• administration and support of server users (BAS, AD, Exchange);

• participation in projects/discussions; 
• purchase, issuance and inventory of IT equipment; 
• support and configuration of the Proxmox virtual environment;
• conducting IT training for users on using corporate systems;
• creating and updating documentation on the use of IT systems;

• providing maintenance and support of information systems and equipment in the office and retail stores (networks, access control systems, video surveillance, office and retail equipment).
