Basic requirements:

• Higher education (technical - preferably). 
• Knowledge of the English language (technical) .
• User support experience - from 2 years. 
• Knowledge of network technologies Ethernet, VLAN, VPN, WiFi, VoIP.
• Understanding information security standards. 
• Knowledge of the principles of building a networkIT infrastructure in the local office. 
• Knowledge of Windows 7-10 and other operating systemsMicrosoft Office 365 package.

Functional tasks:

• Installation, configuration, technical support and documentation of configurations of local network equipment (LAN, VPN, WiFi, etc.) according to company standards. 
• Installation, configuration and technical support of users' computer equipment (computers, printers, mobile phones, etc.) according to company standards. 

• Continuous user support. 
• Organization and support of the company's equipment repair process (if necessary). 
• Documentation in ServiceDesk.
