IT specialist in Skaniya Ukrayina, TOV

Main duties in the position:

• Registering user requests, processing incoming appeals, help in solving most problems directly, if necessary forwarding the task to the next level of the Help Desk
• Analyzing user problems, finding optimal ways to solve problems and reducing the number of their occurrence
• Assistance in the implementation of Company projects
• Administration of Windows Server Active Directory
• Administration of Exchange Server
• Configuration of user equipment (laptops, workstations, telephones, MFPs, etc.)
• Writing instructions to improve user self-help
• Administration of department documents

Requirements to the candidate:

• Basic technical background (IT education will be an advantage)
• Work and administration experience:
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange Server
  • SQL Server
  • Windows Server, Linux
  • Acronis, Windows Server Backup
  • Understanding corporate networks, including VPN, firewalls, traffic routing
  • Knowledge and experience in configuring:
    • OS Windows 10, 11
    • Mobile phones for Android, iOS
    • Peripheral equipment (printers, MFPs)
    • Telecommunications systems for conferences
  • Confident use of MS Office 365 applications
  • Knowledge and experience of communication tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
  • Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years
  • English B1
  • Ability to work in various projects with different terms and priorities;
  • Responsibility, ability to work independently and in a team, focus on the final result;
