IT services sales manager (SEO) only warm leads in raskrutka-saytov.ua

Goal:
Close deals on the company's SEO services and ensure a stable flow of payments from new clients. (only warm leads - no cold calls)

About us

We are an international SEO team https://raskrutka-saytov.kiev.ua/, which works in Ukraine, Europe and the USA. We are looking for a strong closer who knows how to sell value, not just a "service".

Candidate requirements

• 1 year in sales is a must (experience in the field of selling digital services will be an advantage)
• Knowledge of spoken English (from B1)
• Experience in English sales will be an advantage

Your tasks

• Conduct calls/presentations with warm leads

• Correspondence with warm leads

• Identify customer pain, form a value proposition

• Close the customer for payment and monitor payments monthly

• Work in Zoho CRM and make regular follow-ups

Salary

- 40,000 UAH Fixed + 15% of transactions+ bonuses for exceeding KPI.
Productivity is evaluated by conversions and the amount of payments, not hours.

Working schedule:
Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (one hour lunch break from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.)
Saturday and Sunday are days off.
