IT Service Manager (stream: deposits, liabilities, payments) in Sense Bank

We are looking for a person who will:

• interact with the business customer and related departments, on issues of quality/improvement of systems/processes;
• work with partners, suppliers/vendors, on issues of process operation and integrations with partners;
• li>
• control the quality of services: evaluation and establishment of IT metrics, control of service performance and elimination of incidents, including timely notification of the customer and all involved departments about the impact of the incident on the customer, provision of a solution and full closure of the case;
• analyze, register and localize errors that occur, monitor service performance and eliminate incidents;
• provide consulting support to Bank employees regarding the operation of services and systems, within the limits of their responsibility;
• interact with project managers and project teams on issues related to the quality of IT services;
• manage service documentation ;
• analyze and systematize processes, make weighted and operational decisions in non-standard situations;
• install updates in a productive environment.

You are suitable if you have:

• higher education;
• understanding of the basic principles of implementation of banking business processes and creation of their IT architecture;
• ability to work in in multitasking mode, set tasks, monitor their execution;
• knowledge of the stages of software development (scrum approach to the organization of the software development process);
• understanding supported by practical skills in using modern CamundaBPM tools;
• basic knowledge of DBMS (Oracle, PostrgeSQL);
• understanding of Client-server and Microservices architecture;
• basic knowledge of SOAP and REST, XML and JSON, Groovy ( or Java), SQL.
