IT Service Manager in Sense Bank

We are looking for an enterprising and motivated Service Manager to join our team. The service manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service of the department's service processes and effective management of all aspects of incident resolution.

We are looking for a person who will:

• interact with the business customer, project teams and departments for the development/support of systems/processes for the successful and prompt resolution of incidents;
• analyze and manage incidents, monitor the quality of services, evaluate IT metrics;< /li>
• cooperate with partners/vendors on processes and integrations;
• write service documentation and user instructions;
• advise users on the operation of services and processes;
• li>install updates in a productive environment.

You are suitable if you have:

• higher education; 
• understanding of the principles of banking business processes and IT architecture; 
• high communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all interested parties; 
• ability to work in conditions of a large amount of work and under pressure; 
• analytical abilities and ability to make strategic decisions; 
• knowledge of software development stages (Scrum); 
• practical skills with CamundaBPM, JIRA, Confluence, Kibana; 
• basic knowledge of Oracle and PostrgeSQL; 
• understanding of Client-server and Microservices architectures; 
• knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, Groovy (or Java), SQL; 
• desire to learn and develop in the field of IT.
