— Responsible for managing SD queue (HEAT)
— Providing accesses to business applications
— Limited functional support (application)
— Preparing manuals and filling knowledge base
— Software lifecycle management (operational tasks) Requirements:— Minimum 1+ years of experience — Knowledge of business application
— Knowledge of ITSM tools for registration tickets
— Knowledge of Microsoft applications
— Experience in support teams
— English: Upper-Intermediate
— Good communication skills
— Customer-oriented and team player
