IT security manager in MIRA - top recruiting

We are looking for an experienced IT Security Manager to join our customer's team. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge in the field of cyber security, IT project management experience and the ability to develop and implement IT security strategies. Main responsibilities: - Initiation and coordination of cyber security projects: implementation of new IT security solutions; - Development and implementation of protection strategies information: Creation and implementation of comprehensive security plans, including cyber security tools for production equipment. Development and implementation of IT security policies; - Conducting IT security audits: Regular audits of security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities. Analysis and assessment of security risks; - Security incident management: Effective response to security incidents, including root cause analysis, prevention and recovery of systems; - Consultation and support of internal teams: Providing assistance and advice to other departments on cyber security issues; - Training and conducting training: Organization and implementation of training for staff on the best practices in IT security. Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security or a related field. - Higher education in the field of information technology or cyber security. - In-depth knowledge of network security: Understanding of network protocols, VPN , encryption, firewalls and other aspects of network security.- Knowledge of cybersecurity legislation: Understanding of national and international regulations in the field of data protection.- Risk management skills: Ability to identify, assess and minimize risks related to IT infrastructure.- Experience working with security tools: Ability to use vulnerability analysis tools, anti-virus programs, etc. - Project management skills: Ability to plan, execute and monitor IT security projects. - IT security certifications (eg CISSP, CISM) are considered an advantage.
