IT security manager in Rail Staff Solution

We are looking for an experienced IT Security Manager to join our team (manufacturing, pharmaceutical industry). The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge in the field of cyber security, experience in managing IT projects and the ability to develop and implement IT security strategies Key Responsibilities Initiation and coordination of cyber security projects: implementation of new IT security solutions Development and implementation of information protection strategies: Creation and implementation of comprehensive security plans , including cyber security tools for production equipment. Development and implementation of IT security policies. Conducting IT security audits: Regular audits of security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities. Analysis and assessment of security risks. Security incident management: Effective response to security incidents, including root cause analysis, taking measures to prevent and restore systems. Consulting and supporting internal teams: Providing assistance and advice to other departments on cyber security issues. Training and conducting training: Organization and conduct staff training on IT security best practices. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security or related field. University degree in information technology or cyber security. In-depth knowledge of network security: Understanding of network protocols, VPNs, encryption, firewalls and other aspects of network security Knowledge of cyber security legislation: Understanding of national and international regulations in the field of data protection. Risk management skills: Ability to identify, assess and minimize risks related to IT infrastructure. Experience with security tools: Ability to use vulnerability analysis tools , antivirus programs, etc. Project management skills: Ability to plan, execute and monitor projects in the field of IT security.
