What is important :
- Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level
Experience of working with the UpWork platform from 1 year
(from searching for relevant works and writing cover letters before closing contracts)
- Experience in conducting productive negotiations with foreign clients with subsequent closing of contracts
- Understanding the site development process
- Good analytical knowledge, technical approach to tasks
- CRM experience
High communication skills
ul>Tasks:
Independent search for potential clients
on the UpWork platform (in addition to LinkedIn and other foreign search platforms clients)
- Pre-validation of job post according to company criteria
- Creative approach to writing cover letters to get the maximum number of responses
- Ability to work and close clients with different requests and from different channels from lead generators (the main UpWork channel, but additionally Linkedin, Email, Inbound)
- Communicating with clients, analyzing their needs, preparing commercial offers and preliminary estimates together with PreSale, conducting negotiations , closing of contracts, follow-up of clients (Upsale, Cross-sale)
- Work closely with PreSale and PM to meet client needs
Implementation of personal sales plan and KPI conditions
