Kozak Group is an IT outstaff service company that develops software solutions using Magento, JS and Java technologies.

We are looking for an IT Sales Manager (Closer) who has experience in closing deals. Successful negotiation skills are a must have 💪

🔆 What will need to be done?

• Initial contact with incoming potential customers
• Work with the CRM system
• Qualification of potential customers, determination of their needs and basic requirements
• Preparation of proposals together with the Pre-Sales team
• Negotiations with potential customers

🔆 We expect:

• Experience in IT sales for at least 1 year
• Experience in negotiating and closing deals
< li> Understanding of the IT market
• High level of English
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of the software development process
• The ability to determine the problems and needs of potential customers
