Requirements:

• Experience in IT sales for at least 3 years!

• Level of written and spoken English - Advanced

• Experience in outstaff sales for at least 1 year

• Experience with LinkedIn / Upwork

• Ability to negotiate with clients at various stages and work with objections

• Systematization and improvement of current processes

• Development of new customer engagement channels

• Management and tracking of the sales funnel in the CRM system

• Analytical thinking, breadth of views

• Independence and initiative
