Vacancy requirements:
- MANDATORY! Spoken English from B2 (our clients are the USA, Europe)
- Experience in sales of IT services
- Knowledge in the field of Ecommerce projects , and Web technologies (to be able to communicate with the client in the same language).
- Understanding of B2B customer search and support processes (in the IT field);
- Customer orientation, proactivity;
- Experience with lead generation programs will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Search for potential clients, initial contact with a potential client;
- Presentation of company services;
- Communication with company experts who help evaluate projects;
- Conducting negotiations;
- Support of current clients to understand the status of satisfaction and re-engagement in cooperation;
