We are looking for a Business Development Manager for a Regular-Middle position. What is important to us: Work experience of 6 months in IT sales — outsource; Understanding of the IT field: web design, development, technologies, back/ front end, SDLC; Experience of working with leads on Upwork/Linkedin or other platforms; Experience of conducting business correspondence, including Cover Letters and Proposals; Experience of conducting online negotiations with clients; Experience of working with G suite/MS Office; Upper Intermediate English level — Advanced, written and oral. What will need to be done: Search for new clients on Upwork through Cover Letters; Cooperation with the lead generator; Written and oral communication with clients from the first contact to the conclusion of the agreement — full cycle; Preparation of project evaluation and communication with developers/BA regarding conducting it Organizing and conducting calls with the client; Writing Proposals and conducting negotiations; Reporting on the results of the work; Execution of the sales plan. Personal skills: Attentiveness when working with the selection of leads on Upwork and client requirements for the project; High level of communication - the ability to find a common language with by clients and the team; Ability to listen and analyze client requests; Openness to changes and learning new information; Psychological stability — to be ready for refusals, work with objections, to the lack of quick results; Initiative and persistence in working on projects, orientation to results and achieving set goals goals.
