Our company continues to grow actively, so we’re currently seeking an IT Sales Manager to join our newly established outsourcing team. This role involves developing a new direction within the company and collaborating with clients of various sizes and industries, including Kyivstar, to deliver software development services tailored to their specific requirements.

What you will do:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Engage with clients to understand their specific needs, present our IT solutions, and tailor proposals to meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, working towards mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company.
Qualifications and experience needed:
- 3+ years of commercial experience
- Understanding of the sales funnel, knowledge of principles and rules of Upwork and other lead generation platforms ( LinkedIn, Telegram etc.)
- Successful experience in negotiating with foreign clients and achieving company goals
- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (both written and spoken)
- Understanding of mobile and web application development, SDLC models, and how the service business operates.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and handling objections
A plus would be:
- Readiness to work under pressure
- Understanding of telecommunication domain
