We are looking for a professional, motivated and energetic IT Sales Manager . Job Description:

We are looking for person who enjoys sales, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, extensive experience in negotiations and B2B and IT sales, who can not only find potential clients but also engage them with our products and services. Our ideal candidate possesses the ability to identify the true needs of the client and is results-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

— Аttract potential clients by leveraging deep knowledge of our niche and thoroughly understanding the client’s underlying needs.

— Develop, implement, and test new hypotheses, creating thoughtful and enticing sequences with individualized analysis for each client.

— Сorrespondence and communication with clients, preparing and sending custom proposals tailored to the specific needs of each client.

— Qualify and consult clients, providing them with the necessary information and support throughout the communication process

— Creating presentations that will set us apart from our competitors and capture the client’s interest.

— Participation in meetings with clients, be able to conduct effective intra-calls with clients and building strong relationships with them

Requirements:

— Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or in client communications

— Successful experience in sales in IT outsourcing companies (100 + employees) or in large B2B (1000 + employees)

— Advanced negotiation skills, adept handling of objections, ability to identify client needs and find optimal solutions for them

— English level Advance

— Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

— Preparation of presentations for clients

— Proficiency in handling CRM tools and client communication platforms

Will be a plus:

— A solid understanding of the software development industry, particularly in data platforms and web scraping

— Deep and strong understanding of SDLC

— Experience working in IT companies with a staff from 250 people
