Our team has a proven track record of developing projects on platforms such as Shopify, WordPress/Woocommerce, and Magento. We are also proficient in creating custom systems using frameworks like Laravel, React, Flask, Vue.js, and other necessary technologies with Python, PHP, and JavaScript. We aim to continue growing and expanding our capabilities, and we need your support to achieve this goal!

You should have:

  • Proven experience in an IT field on the relevant position (such as Lead generator, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, etc)
  • Understanding of IT products and services, a desire to learn about the technologies our company is working with;
  • A notion of different sales platforms and techniques (eg. Upwork, Linkedin, Clutch, etc);
  • Record of closed / successful cases in B2B;
  • Ability to develop strategic sales plans and manoeuvre approaches when appropriate;
  • At least an upper-intermediate or above the level of English.

Will be an advantage:

  • Knowledge of E-commerce, SaaS projects, and affiliate marketing
  • Experience in building a sales process that lands deals every time!
  • Expertise in developing/ managing sales department

Your tasks will include:

  • Conducting a seven-stage sales cycle: from finding leads to concluding a deal;
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract new clients;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns to support sales efforts;
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand clients’ needs and tailor solutions accordingly;
  • Find projects that align with different technology stack;
  • Gain an understanding of customers’ specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them;
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of software to potential clients;
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and challenges;
  • Provide regular reports, updates and market insights to senior management;
  • Increase our brand awareness in European / US markets;
  • Research competitors and learn how to stay ahead of the competition to recruit and keep new customers
