We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an understanding and experience of the entire sales process of an outsourcing company. You will work to find new and support existing projects, adapt sales processes to make them simpler and more efficient for our customers.

Requirements:
• Experience in Account Management/Sales in the IT field from 1 year
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian languages ​​(oral and written)
• Analytical abilities, effective communication skills
• Ability to conduct successful negotiations and solve difficult situations
• High level of self-motivation and responsibility

Responsibilities:
• Development and maintenance of positive and trusting relations with existing clients
• Conducting negotiations with clients, determining their business needs, support in presales
• Working with the existing client base and searching for new clients < br/>• Development and support of sales processes in the company (you will have the opportunity to fully adapt the processes to your understanding)
• Preparation of statistics and reports on active clients
• Maintenance of documentation in the internal CRM
• Document management
