Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience in IT service companies and close areas.
- Advanced level of English , both written and spoken.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of the sales funnel, negotiation steps, and strategies.
- Extensive experience in preparing commercial materials, including commercial proposals, presentations, and tender documentation.
- Client-oriented approach, ability to understand client’s needs.
- Flexibility to adapt rapidly to changes and respond accordingly.
- Proficiency in structuring information effectively.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from the first contact to the product release.
- General understanding of software development lifecycle and technologies for web and mobile apps.
- Experience in sales to the European market.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the German language.
- Be ready for business trips to Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Research potential customers and initiate contact.
- Conduct negotiations, identify client needs, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Prepare commercial proposals and documentation.
