As an  IT Sales Assistan t, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by conducting research activities that contribute to lead generation, market analysis, and data enrichment. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in IT technologies.

As part of our expansion, we are seeking a motivated IT Sales Assistant to join our team.

Skills:

— Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

— Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.

— Ability to learn and adapt quickly.

— Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

— Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

Leads Research:

-Conduct thorough research to identify potential sales leads in target markets.

-Utilize online resources, databases, and tools to gather relevant information about prospective clients.

Market Research:

-Assist in market research activities to gather data on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

-Summarise and organize research findings for use by the sales team.

Data Enrichment:

-Enhance lead profiles by adding detailed and up-to-date information such as contact details, company size, and industry specifics.

-Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy.

Support Sales Team:

-Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide research-driven insights that aid in client outreach and engagement.

-Assist in the preparation of sales materials and presentations.

Reporting:

-Generate regular reports on lead generation and market research activities.

Identify opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.
